As a Sales Advisor at Rituals, my primary role is ensuring our customers have a unique and special experience in our store. I assist customers in discovering our products and finding exactly what they need. Additionally, I am responsible for maintaining the store's organization and collaborating with my colleagues to achieve our daily and monthly goals. My goal is to ensure that customers understand the values of Rituals and feel that the brand becomes a part of their rituals.

Interior Designer | Autonomous 2020-2023

As an independent interior designer, I worked closely with clients, helping them choose products, making sales, and presenting design ideas effectively. I built strong client relationships based on trust and open communication, translating design concepts into practical solutions. Meeting project deadlines and keeping promises was my priority, showing my dedication to making clients happy. This experience gave me a well-rounded skill set, including design, customer relations, sales, presentations, and a commitment to great work. I look forward to applying these skills in a new role to create positive customer experiences
